6v2 into 12v6

SET-UP
- 3 teams of 6 players
- SMALL SQUARE = 6v2 keep ball for team of 6, if the opposition win the ball, they break into large square
- LARGE SQUARE = 12v6 keep ball for team of 12. Opposition need to win the ball back as quickly as possible
- Team who loses the ball becomes the team of 6 in the small square

PROGRESSION
- 12v6 = team of 6 need to win the ball back before 10 passes are made, or stay in the small square
- Limit touches to 3
- Small square, after every 8 passes, a defensive player can join to make it more difficult e.g. 6v3, 6v4 etc.

SET-UP
- 8v8 conditioned game
- 4 small squares = Team 1 must pass to a teammate within a square and get 4 players into the squares. Team 2 need to win the ball, counter and score in either of the end goals. If team 2 score,and team 1 have players in a small square, they will return to the middle.
- Team 1 aim is to counter-press team 2 as soon as they lose the ball.
- There can be more than 1 person in each square
