2 Warm up circles will set up -The team will be split in 2 to provide each player with more activity and less standing around.
Same as above - 2 sprint grids will be set up
*FINISH SPRINTS WITH HALF PITCH DIAGONAL SPRINTS.
Main Activity
Keeping it simple to start with:
Player 8 looks to pass to player 11
11 returns the pass to 8
who will play the ball to 7 or 9
who will run through to pass past the GK
2 OR 3 attackers run into the box to attack a cross from the wide players.
Defending team then attack the other end.
Trying to get through 2 attacks each without stopping or slowing down or stopping, keeping up the tempo.
