Start with a +1 neutral player (magicman)
Players play out a rondo with 1 team trying to keep possession while the other team trys to win back possession and break into either final 1/3 and score
Only 1 player from each team is allowed inside the final 1/3
Can only score in the final 1/3
Encourage scanning while in the rondo at all times and find the space to receive

Scanning

Rondo with 4 goals, 2 different colour goals
Players try to keep possession until coach holds up a colour cone signalling which colour goal they can score in.
Players should be constantly scanning and will then see which colour cone is being held by the coach when held in the air.
