Rondo Fitness
- 2 teams
- 3 minute rounds
- Attacking team keep the ball in a 4v1
- Defenders run through ladders, around cone and into rondo square
- Defenders try to win the ball as quickly as possible, and get a point when they do
- When they win the ball, they return to their group and next player goes
- Team with the most points win

- Limit to 2 touch for attacking players
- Defenders can't return until both players have won the ball
- Defenders who win the ball in their rondo, can help out other defender to make a 4v2
