Atividade principal
Rules: 7v4 on inside. Inside the blue cones Yellow combining to make 10 passes. If reds win ball or yellow lose possesion the outside players combine with inside to create a 10v7 in full pitch, if yellow win ball they can score in any small goal.
Progression: if yellow get 10 passes inside they can look to score in any of the small goals.
Coaching Points: Attackers: Angle of support, passing accuracy, ball speed, effective communication, when to play quick/one touch, recognising the space.
Defending Team: Immediate pressure on ball, intensity, communication, press as a team. nearest man press ball.

Rules: 5v5 on inside. 4 players for each team on outside, possesion team must combine with outside player to score into small goals. Possesion team can also dribble through white gates for another point and can also score by playing centrally through the red cones.
Coaching Points: Angles of support for ball carrier, recognising when to dribble, when to pass and when to attack centrally. Passing accuracy, effective communication. creating space for yourself and team, mates. Ball speed to unbalance opposition. quick switch of play.
