Technical Passing Pattern.
2 groups. 2 balls per group. players pass to their right, receiving player checks off mannequin and passes to their right, each player follows their pass.
Focus on:
pass to back foot, passing accuracy/weight of pass/quality first touch, open hips to play other direction. double movement off mannequin.
Progress to: play short to then play long and play a 1/2 at each mannequin.
Atividade principal
Transitions Activity.
5v5+5. Red team attack big goal, white team attack small goals, blues on outside and the blue on inside plays with the team in possession.
Focus on: win 1v1 duels. Recovery runs. Communication. Create space for yourself and team mates. Shooting and passing accuracy. Playing 1/2 touch. Pressing triggers and desire to win the ball.
Progress to: Defending team, if they score in the mini goals they then attack the big goal.
Jogos de lados pequenos
Transitions Game.
3 teams of 5 with 3 GK's. Each team has been given a goal to score in. Team with most goals win.
Focus on: pressing as an individual and as a team to win ball back, recovery runs, communication, creating space for yourself and team mates, passing and shooting accuracy, ability to play quick and thinking ahead, pressing triggers, good decision making, defend the goals.
Progress to: 2 teams play together to attack the mini goals whilst other team look to win the ball back and score in big goal, change teams accordingly.
